تعد المدرسة البحرية الكشفية للقناصة؛ هى الأكثر نخبة بين مدارس القناصة العسكرية على وجه الأرض. كما أنها واحدة من أصعب “دورات العمليات الخاصة” في الجيش الأمريكي.

وليس فقط الجيش والبحرية، والقوات الجوية هي التي تقوم بإرسال قواتها هنا، ولكن أيضًا هناك بعض الدول الأجنبية تقوم بإرسال الطلاب لإتاحة الفرصة لكسب “لقب قناص البحرية”؛ مثل الطلاب الإسرائيليين والبريطانيين.
